New Simon Center for Economics and Business (Kunkel Hall Renovations)

(Updated Feb. 2024) — Construction is advancing on the new Simon Center for Business and Economics.

Interior drywall is now completed, painting has commenced, and ceilings are being installed. On the exterior, the punched windows and bird-fritted glass have been installed, and the curtainwall framing for the glass-box corner addition will begin in February.

The project remains on schedule for opening in summer, prior to the start of the 2024 fall semester.
