McCartney Street Phase II

(Updated Feb. 2024) — The McCartney Street Housing – Phase II project broke ground in early March 2023. This project is the second phase of the new residential units for College housing, which will house 166 new beds, including 34 four-bedroom suites, two three-bedroom suites, seven two-bedroom suites, and 10 singles.

All of the units will have a full kitchen with a microwave, a combination stove/oven, and a full-size refrigerator. There will be laundry rooms and student lounges/study areas on each floor.

Current work involves mechanical/electrical/plumbing rough ins, interior drywall, and exterior masonry. This project is targeting LEED silver certification and is projected to be open for the fall 2024 semester.
