Pedestrian Safety Phase 2 – McCartney Street

Thanks to a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Multimodal Transportation Fund, this project included improvements to McCartney Street from College Avenue to High Street as well as a section of Clinton Terrace from McCartney Street to Cattell Street.

Pedestrian Safety Phase 2 – McCartney Street

This work began in June 2024 and was completed in the fall of 2024. This project included crosswalk bumpouts, crosswalk striping, sidewalk improvements, street lighting, and landscaping.
