The renovations will also include interior upgrades to the pool finishes, lighting, timing equipment, race platforms, diving boards as well as other equipment upgrades.

Currently the renovations are proceeding as planned.  The pool was drained the week of 2-22-16, the existing pool deck has been removed, fall protection is in place and scaffolding for the work on the ceiling is being installed.  Exterior wall shoring, mechanical equipment demo, ceiling removal are all underway.
