Quad Construction Update Sept. 18, 2012

Progress – The hardscape contractor is installing brick pavers on the newly poured paths between Skillman Library and the Farinon Center.  A separate crew is installing granite at the intersection of High and McCartney, and Clinton Terrace.  The pathways between Pardee and Kirby will also be graded and hopefully poured this week in order to allow the hardscape contractor to start setting pavers on them next week.

Other crews will work on storm water improvements, electrical, and landscaping.

Deliveries – We’re anticipating several large deliveries this week and next week of pavers and granite.  Traffic may be delayed to allow for safe unloading.

Clinton Terrace – Clinton Terrace is only open for deliveries to the Farinon Center.

East Campus Lane – East Campus Lane is open for members of Zeta Psi Fraternity, along with faculty and staff who have assigned spots.

High and Sullivan – With the arrival of granite late last week, High and Sullivan have been reduced to one way from east to west.  Detour signs are posted (see image).
